The tacos are delicious, ordered buche and tripitas. They are served with salsa, roasted onions and limón. Added bonus Chile toreado. If you are in Eureka stop in and give them a shot. There is ample parking and a small seating area. Service is excellent. No reservations but you can order for pickup
Seriously the best taco truck in Humboldt county. The portions are huge! The burritos are top notch. The tacos are heavenly. Everything I've had from here has been truly amazing. You get chips and salsa with every order. I eat here at least once a week now, I'm hooked. The best part? The prices! It's regular priced taco truck food but the quality is a 10! Keep doing what you do best!
