The food is amazing. However, they do not let anyone use the restroom unless they are dining in (not even if they are doing take out) and have multiple signs posted stating this. It's extremely inconsiderate to paying customers, in my opinion.
I hadn't been to an i hop location in a while. I was not thrilled with the service here but it was not the worst I have had. I brought my son here for birthday pancakes! He had a blast and the pancakes were very good. It was not busy inside and it was pretty clean. Parking was easy. There was plenty. It took a long time for us to get our food. That was sad. The milkshake was great and the waiter was kind to give us the extra shake that was left over from the blender. I'd go back...read full review
