Fries were COLD and stale. Not even lukewarm, and so stale I couldn't even chew about half of them. Granted, it was the middle of the night but time of day shouldn't affect the quality of food. The stuff actually made in the kitchen was good. They also got my drink wrong and the lady taking orders wasn't very friendly.
I love Jack in the box I specially love their the ultimate cheeseburger I used to eat when I was very young can't handle it beef anymore but overall the food is good staff is always really nice and we will be

Probably the best experience i have ever had at any jack in the box. They where very busy when i walked in from drive thru and inside but they did not panic still very friendly and quick food was fresh and hot.! They knocked out the rush like nothing this is how a team should work!!!!! GREAT TEAM WORK and thank you for working on thanksgiving.!!!! No complaints at all keep up the great work team!!
