The Chef Chris is an awesome cook the food is well seasoned and cooked to perfection never under cooked as the Panda restaurant in Suisun City I will only purchase food from Panda on the days that this young man is cooking.
I know I shouldn't expect much at an Americanized steam-table Chinese style restaurant, but my expectations were a little higher than what I experienced at this location. There were no customers in line when I entered. Only one table was seated eating. But alas the staff person working the steam table didn't greet me. As I stood staring at him he finally said "Can I help you?" I replied, "I'd like to taste the new chili crisp shrimp." His reply: "Sorry, we don't give any samples."...read full review

Everything was fine, except that in order to eat we had to wait more than 15 minutes because there was no food ready! And there were a lot more people waiting so I don't think it should be called panda express!! Just panda..
