Hours listed up front at the order area show they open at 10am. My son was hungry after his basketball game and wanted Subway. We show up at 10:30am on Saturday and they are supposed to be open. A woman worker while on her phone walks toward us and says "We're not open." All of the sandwich items are ready and out on display. I point to her sign that says 10am and say "so what time do you open then?" She says "11." And walks away.

So I went in with a coupon to get a sub for free buy one get one I guess I was a little bit early 20 minutes she told me to wait. I said ok no problem. Then about 20 minutes later she asked me if I'm ready and refuses to take my coupon... May I remind you this is a subway in the mall right next to another sub place....
