“Great place, good beer, good food. The owners are pro active in trying to make this establishment the best it can be, very impressed with their ability to remember a face and name. My wife and I vowed to try to frequent this local establishment once a week if possible!”
“Absolutely amazing. A magician in the kitchen and a forgotten and rare breed of chef crossing all cultural boundaries. Latin American, middle eastern, Japanese and more. It's all amazing”
“Mario is such a cool guy. Food is awesome. Prices are steller. Family owned, appreciative of the business and just an all around nice place that under promises and over delivers.”
“Outstanding food and service! Our favorite place in the whole area! The food is fresh, delicious, and plentiful, and the service is fast and excellent! I'm going back as soon as possible!”
“Fantastic experience at Los Altos! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The micheladas with shrimp were an absolute game-changer - refreshing, perfectly seasoned, and garnished with shrimp and fresh cucumbers. Now, let's talk about the food. The asada burrito was a flavorful. Tender, juicy beef, savory beans, home made rice and just the right amount of salsa. The arrachera fajitas were a sizzling fresh, with perfectly grilled steak and vibrant, crisp veggies that left us craving for more. And let's not forget about the salsa and chips! The salsa boasted a perfect balance of heat and tanginess, while the chips were crispy and addictively delicious. If you’re looking for hidden menu item, ask for their queso bean dip -perfect to dip everything in!Overall, Los Altos offers home-made authentic food paired with impeccable service, flavorful dishes, and a cozy ambiance, it's a must-visit for any one stopping by Fillmore.”
“In Fillmore for a week working. Bought the Ameci's Supreme PizzaPepperoni, sausage, meatballs, green peppersIt was excellent 5 star rating...If I come back again I will definitely be visiting Ameci Pizza.”
“Let's be real, La Fondita in Fillmore isn't winning any beauty contests. It's a classic hole-in-the-wall joint, the kind of place that might make you pause at first glance. But here's the thing: forget everything you think you know about hole-in-the-wall spots! La Fondita serves up comfort food that goes way beyond "good." We're talking about soul-warming, finger-lickin', "this is what grandma used to make" deliciousness. It's the kind of food that might come with a stray "nuckle hair" for authenticity (okay, maybe not literally, but you get the picture). But don't let the no-frills exterior fool you. The people at La Fondita are as warm and welcoming as the food itself. They treat you like family, and the genuine kindness just adds to the whole experience. Honestly, La Fondita is worth a trip to Fillmore all by itself. Forget fancy restaurants and trendy menus. This is about pure, delicious comfort food served with a heaping helping of heart. Do yourself a favor and check it out! You won't regret it (and you might just leave with a full belly and a smile).”
“I will give this place a second try... my entree (chilaquiles with two fried eggs, refried beans and breakfast potatoes) was a bit too salty. But the portions were good, service was great, and I loved the colorful and inviting atmosphere.”
“Xochilt greeted us at the takeout window and was absolutely delightful! Our food was hot and fresh, and we were given a senior citizen discount. We are customers for life.”
“I was on a road trip and stopped at this spot. I was craving BBQ and it was neat to see a homemade BBQ spot. The food was great. I got the most popular item, which is the tri tip sandwich combo. The tri trip was tender and not too much seasoning, you could actually taste the tender meat. The bread was buttered and toasted. The atmosphere and customer service will have me coming back here when I make this road trip.”
“Great little spot. Went for breakfast and was served right away. I got the biscuits and gravy with hash browns since I don't eat eggs! The coffee was great and food hit the spot. Totally beats the busy chain restaurants! I can't wait to go again and have a burger!”
“Recently road the motorcycle out to Fillmore, CA and once again stopped in at the IHOP for breakfast. I am always impressed and amazed at the quality of service and food at this restaurant. The team collectively is ridiculously friendly to the point of making you feel like family. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door, sat down at the bar and ordered. Within 8 minutes I had my food brought to me at the perfect temperature. It feels kind of funny to gush over a restaurant experience, but honestly, this organization just knows how to do things right. Well done, IHOP! Thanks again for another outstanding eating experience. You all ROCK! ??”
“Portions are generous, price is quite reasonable for what you get! Drive thru service was FLAWLESS. I will definitely be back. Favorite items:CRUNCHWRAP SUPREME, no seasoned beef, no nacho cheese, add onion, add steak, add spicy ranch sauce.NACHO CHEESE DORITOS® LOCOS TACOS SUPREME, no seasoned beef, add chicken, add onion, add Mexican pizza sauce.”
“I love coming here. The smoothies are delicious and the açaí is amazing. It can be a little bit of a wait to get your food, so I recommend calling ahead 15-20 minutes before you actually want it. They've been remodeling over the years and it looks better and better each time they do. Great place to stop.”
“This is one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Tucked in the back of a car dealership makes for the perfect atmosphere. Our waitress Destiny was amazing. If I lived here I'd be here every week.”
