I have always had great customer service when I come here. The kids that work here have to deal with many questionable adults. I saw one customer spit up his pretzel on a napkin and on the counter standing in front of the cashier because he was told he could not eat in the store (which is store policy not something they just made up) he wanted a full refund and acted very childish. I love this place! I go here almost everyday before work, the service was awesome, an employee named Carolyn was friendly and helpful. I am new to the area and she offered to help me with directions around! it was very kind of her. The food was awesome!!! I love this place!!! So cool to be here. (Im new to the area). (California)

Phenomenal service!! The cashier girl Mei was so nice and shes made my day so much better! I was having a terrible day because my friend was sleeping on my couch and my dog peed all over him and now he wont talk to me but Mei made me laugh and talked to me about the weather and it made my day a whole lot better! Pretzels were pretty good, inside is decorated very silly.
