The place is always clean and tidy. I usually go in through the front, but now I like to use the Drive Thru for its speed. I often see that they're busy, and occasionally they make mistakes, but the supervisor José Morales always resolves them kindly. He's a very good guy, always in control of things, and makes an effort to satisfy the customers. Additionally, he's always in all areas, ensuring that his employees are doing well.
