I had lunch here for the first time and was very satisfied with the experience. The restaurant itself is clean and nicely furnished. The waiter was friendly and the food came out quickly. The Hot and Sour soup was among the best I've ever had, and the pork pot stickers were very good (a bit more "sear" on the dumplings would have been ideal) - complimented by the uniquely flavorful dipping sauce. Thank you to the poster, on Folsom chat, for directing us to Folsom Palace. We recently moved to Folsom, and have been searching for great Hot n Sour soup and Chinese Restaurant-and Finally have located this gem!! The Hot & Sour Soup is BEST ever!! Met and exceeded my expectations. It was delicious, thick but not thickened with cornstarch & broth, but thickened with flavor from the plentiful meat, tofu and veggies. The food is delicious ? My 11 year old son would not stop raving about how good it is!He said how impressive it was & how quickly we got our order. We were dumbfounded by the large portions. Everything was Devine. Every one enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be going here again.
