Drive thru service is bad I was ordering and the lady was kind of rude I was not done with my order I think she was in a hurry and I also can believe that their hamburgers don't come with onions you need to ask for onions I also requested for more ranch she said you already have ranch for your chicken tender I stated I some for my onions rings and I need another 2 more. I don't care if I have to pay for them is what the customer wants her name was ROSY
Stopped in for breakfast and was greeted by SUSANA.....beautiful smile, beautiful personality, excellent customer service. Ordered the steak skillet with hash browns... excellent. I love the staff at Brandon's... always efficient and friendly. Thank you SUSANA for making my breakfast perfect. High recommend
