I went to this Carls Jr, and I looked at the way the burger looked on the photo on the menu. I was helped by Daniel. I told him (jokingly) I wanted my burger to look like the photo. He told me "I will personally make sure your burger is EXACTLY like the photo!" I mean, he went back there, and when my order came out, he literally stood there and judged it against the photo! Daniel was great!! Reminded me of picking up something sweet for after my meal. I normally do not visit many fast food places but his customer service was so great that I will definitely return to this Carl’s.

Today I went in & I was greeted by Daniel G. The manager on shift, he had a great personality, great customer service, very helpful over all ... This is the very first time in a long time that I was treated like a person & not just a customer. So thank you Daniel so very much & on top of it all the food was freshly made and delicious ?....10 / 10
