I like Chipotle! This Chipotle's chips were not fresh! These chips were not "Lovingly" at all! Moisture had hit them and they did not have a crunch or crispy. The guacamole was also not as fresh! What is going on with your sides? I had a chicken bowl and that was okay not the best but okay!
I ordered a Asada burrito w/ brown rice which at first bite had hard rice. The meat was also small portion not to mention the meat was mostly joint meat (hard chewy un-digestible). The atmosphere and, service was ok so 2 starts.

We ate inside in the dining room and it is absolutely freezing cold in there and it was last month when I went there as well. I thought the heater was broke then but apparently not they just keep it in the 50s. I will not be going back.
