When I first moved to this area, I used to think this location was terrible and avoided it at every opportunity. However, I recently came back to give them another chance and noted such a huge change. I have been coming here at least 1-2/ week since. I don't know if there was a recent change in management but something definitely happened. It's night and day! The food has since been always fresh and they always get my order right. I love the company product. And from time to time, I arrive at this location, and it's just all around marginal .I know I get there after lunch rush , but the tables could be cleaner, and with the holidays here, I'd like to be greeted entering...

El Pollo Loco never disappoints me for lunch. Great food, fresh and filling enough to keep me going the rest of the day without feeling sluggish. This place was clean, service was quick and good.
