They were under staffed. The manager was wearing too many hats. Helping with food, dealing with online orders and eventually taking our order. I don't think he smiled once. I tried to be upbeat but to no avail. The food was o.k. the restaurant is nice.
We normally come here and have excellent customer service, service with a smile and can't complain about the food. Tonight however was a different story. They were unusually busy, not sure why but the gentleman taking our order at the window, wasn't as friendly and seemed to be rushing us to order. We definitely sensed an attitude. Overall it was good experience, I ordered a burger and received a good burger. But, I also ordered a salad and it had a bug in it. Talked to the manager about it he did seem a bit irritated but it’s understandable since it was pretty busy. The only thing I would say just don’t order a salad or do up to you.Kid-friendliness: Has good kid meals.
