I came every week and spent $50 to $70 dollars with my entire family, but the truth is that EVERY time they put less in Everything except snow except mayonnaise and parmesan. At eskite the prices go up and the quantity goes down. That's how customers are lost and attention also goes down. Low, I'm going to go to Otra Michoacana because they've already lost me here! ?

I love all the Michoacanas...the popsicles with milk are exquisite, the bionicos, fresh fruit waters, all with good quality and good service. I recommend them.

It used to be one of the best Michoacan restaurants but the people who work there simply give very bad service...they gave me my tostiesquite full ofskite juice, they don't know how to prepare it or it was worth it to give it to me like that Wednesday 18 2023 11:35 am.. What an ugly way, what a bad service... I hope they improve their quality of products, it is very good but their staff is terrible...

Asked for an icecream sample and one of the girls who attended me just served it. When I asked multiple times I wanted a sample. AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN USED GLOVES. Touched the waffle and some of the ice cream with her hands.

I checked online hours and it said they closed at 10pm. While pulling up the doors were wide open, then when I tried going it at 9:00pm and your doors were already locked with still customers inside. You’ll should really change your online hours. Had to leave a review because unfortunately this is not the first time that it’s happened.
I drove from rancho to get dessert for my family. When I arrived there at 9:39 the doors were closed and there was two coworkers outside talking. If they were closed at 9pm I would have never drove to Fontana!
