Four stars for made to order items. In other word, don't purchase from behind the case, special order one of their many many take out menu items. When you order a specific item it is fresh and not greasy. Generous portions of the protein, not hidden behind the veggies. Meat is tender and not fatty or gritty. I popped in for a late lunch and the food was not good. First time trying it. Ordered a bowl chow mein beef broccoli and 2 cream cheese wontons. the beef was cut so thick and mostly cartilage pieces you can't chew. Why would you serve that? I had to spit out one piece because I couldn't chew it. It was drowning in salty sauce so even the broccoli tasted terrible. The wontons were sitting out and they get reheated when you order them. The place looks clean and has a bathroom, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. Honestly I'm from LA and nothing beats the spots in the plazas over there. I'm disappointed because I want to support the Chinese spots here, but it's so hard to find that flavor. Chow Mein had hard ends and the chicken tasted dry like it was a day old. The Teriyaki sauce wasn't very good. I hope they just fix the food quality.
