Recently remodeled, It was better before, Before it was not difficult to order and pay in cash, it turns out that today they don't have change. I didn't like it at all. I see that they don't want to complicate things and you only have to organize your dresser. It turns out that nowadays everything is technology and fewer employees, less work for people, sadly that's how it is.
I tried this McDonald's located on Citrus Ave & Foothill Hill Blvd. It's a tough drive thru to enter when it's busy. The line starts from the entrance off Citrus Ave. into the shopping center of where McDonald's is on your right. I came about 12:30 pm so there were many people in line for McDonald's. It took about 10 minutes to order food of 40 chicken nuggets and a filet fish meal. The customer service could be better, but that's kind of the standard with fast foods now. They renovated this location to a modern version, but in reality It looks depressing , It's fine and good to have technology but what about the grandparents the take their grandchildren there , there isn't not menu pictures to select from , and those big screen tablet to place your order aren't easy for them to use, instead of becoming more inclusive they're becoming exclusive to certain part of the community. Ps their workers suck at customer services.
