Ordered pizza asking to remove a few toppings. Got the pizza with said toppings. Also ordered wings. They gave us wings that were from the world's smallest chicken and the wings were burnt. Felt like a ripoff.

Pizza had NO sauce..no white sauce, no pesto sauce, no red sauce..NO sauce, the dough was only have cooked, and the pizza was missing some of the toppings I ordered. It was covered in other toppings but was missing some of the ones I ordered. Wouldn't order from here again.

Unfortunately this afternoon was the 6th time in the last year that I've received the wrong order from Pizza guy. Additionally, I have noticed that the delivery drivers don't often wear marks when dropping off food. Thankfully this time my driver wore a mask just before approaching me.

I live down the street less then 5min drive my food was cold and undone I order at 6:24pm the pizza got here at 8:30pm I have 5 kids this has happen twice. Now I have to find something this late is also unfair for my kids to eat. I wish I could turn that star into a half a Star.

This location does it right, considering it's in the ghetto. The quality is good and when you can use a coupon the prices are great also. Sometimes the service is a little dry but I'm sure the employees have to deal with a lot so I'll give them a pass. One of my favorite spots when I'm in the mood for a greasy, basic pizza.

We order from Pizza Guys ALL THE TIME. I figured out and we've spent $1440.00 in the last 9 months! I first ordered our food at 4:45 pm. They delivered around 6. My pizza was completely wrong. I called. They're going to remake the pizza she says. So it's 6:15 pm. An hour later: no pizza. I call again at 7:21, she promises the pizza just came out of the oven & they're gonna deliver it. At 8:15 pm I try to call. They don't answer the phone. It rings into a mailbox that's full. I ring through 3 times & still no answer. THAT'S IT!! I'm calling AmEx in the morning & disputing the charge. Then I'm calling their store manager. I submitted a complaint to the BBB. I love their pizza, but I can't recommend them. Order somewhere else. It may not taste as good, but you'll actually get something worth eating.

I ordered a pizza from here yesterday and had leftovers. This morning when I take a bite out of the crust I find a freaking bandaid!!This is disgusting, the health department needs to check them out. I will be reporting.

When I lived in Dublin, I used to order pizza guys all the time. Their restaurant was 15 minutes away from my house and the pizza would show up in 30 minutes. Hot, perfect and ready to eat.Trying to show loyalty to a company that has always treated me well, when I moved to Oakland I started ordering pizza guys again. Bad decision.A couple weeks ago I placed an order for a large pizza with buffalo wings and a soda. The entire order took one hour and 20 minutes to arrive. The pizza was cold. The soda was warm. I didn't make a fuss about it. Earlier today, I decided to give them another chance. I called them and identified myself with my phone number so they could see my purchase history. I let them know that my previous order took way too long and arrived in an inedible condition in an attempt to avoid the same problems this time. The guy on the phone promised me the pizza would show up hot and soon. One hour and 15 minutes after placing the order, my delivery wasn't here yet. Interesting because they are restaurant is only 6 minutes from my house And it's a Tuesday night with nothing major happening in the area. I had to call the restaurant to figure out where my food was and they promised me it would arrive in 10 minutes. When the delivery driver arrived, The pizza was cold and the sodas were warm. I let their delivery driver know that I did not want the order anymore since we had decided to go somewhere else and that I just wanted my money back. The delivery driver forced me to take the pizza and told me that if I wanted my money back I needed to call the restaurant myself. When I called the restaurant, they told me that in order for me to get my money back they would need to send the driver back to my house to see the condition of the pizza. Ridiculous. I packed the pizza up in my car and brought it back to them myself. When I arrived, their staff was rude and their environment was disgusting. Pizza boxes directly on the floor. Chicken wings sitting exposed on a counter. Not a very clean environment.I don't know or care what their problem is. There is a specific way to run a simple business such as pizza delivery. Pick up the phone, take the order, charge the credit card, Make the pizza, deliver the pizza. I'm no chef but I know it doesn't take an hour to make what I ordered. If I had to guess, it only took about 10 minutes. That means that my order sat around either in the driver's back seat or on a counter somewhere in the restaurant until they decided to make the 6-minute drive to my house.During this time of Covid 19, there are plenty of struggling businesses that are working hard to keep their doors open, their customers happy, their employees and their bills paid. This is not one of them. Do yourself and the community a favor and take your hard-earned money somewhere else.Also, every time I called they put me on hold and the hold music they have playing is the worst rendition of a singing commercial I have ever heard. Absolutely terrible!

I'm HIGHLY upset! While trying to place my order online the website kept stalling and updating itself. I FINALLY got my cart to act right after i signed in smh. I placed my order which was a xl all meat pizza and a orange soda. I get sent a email 45.93 was charged to my card i check my receipt and somehow the soda was deleted and 2 cheesecakes was added! I called the store explained the situation to TWO different people the manager finally says don't worry I'll take the cheesecakes off and add the soda and the money will be sent back to your card. Fast forward to the order i check the tracking app and it says my order has been delivered which it had NOT been 30 minutes later i get a call the food is outside with the WRONG ORDER!!! I call the store and he refuses to give my money back. To top all of this off my food was a COLD! I'm so upset! I'm going to be going to the BBB because is ALWAYS a issue with this store.Now the manager is acting like he doesn't know what I'm talking about. I've never eaten cheesecake from a pizza place why would i want to now?

Would be five stars except for the higher than average price. My order came sealed with a sticker, a half-hour early, delivered by a smiling guy ( yeah ok, no mask) with correct, fresh toppings, done perfectly. What's not to like?

Placed an order 2/25 and was charged 64.37 twice. Called the bank to see if it was pending and toLet them know it was a double charge. Bank saw the issue and took care of it. I placed an online order a few weeks later Nd then get a phone callSaying they wont deliver because of fraud. I literally spoke to The manager and gave him transaction history that they charged me twice and then he approved the delivery. Guy shows up, checks my ID and card and its good to go. Ive placed three or four orders since no issues. Placed an order at 522pm today and get a call at 557pm saying I must pick up. I asked him if it has to do with the same situation in February considering I havent had issues since. He says I did fraud atleast two or three times after that which is completely false. I tellHim to cancel the order and to get a refund. Didnt even get me with a supervisor and been told I committed fraud over pizza because i had a double charge fixed??! BS
