Totally understand this place is busy, not a problem. I waited in line for a couple minutes when my order was being taken I had to yell my order out because the music was so loud!!!!! This part is annoying seriously. Anyway my order was ready in like 5 minutes. Whats up with the wanabee snoopy and charlie brown on the wall????Dont ask for ketchup lol you'll get it thrown in your bag with your food.

Food is great , but lately some of the workers have an attitude problem especially the ones in drive -thru .Always missing something went I try to asked for more ketchup I get nasty looks .Today I was there around 8:30 pm and it was a big tall guy I mentioned I was missing my 2 extra canes sauce and he repeatedly said there in the box I show him the box I was missing the sauce & he continued to interrupt me keeps telling me they’re in the box check..And guess what I was missing my extra sauce !Russ he should be there if he doesn’t like the job !!

I’m a regular here. The food is usually great. This time around I found a hair in my chicken sandwich. No big deal, it happens. So I went back to the counter so they can remake it. This is when the manager, an African American man (had no name tag) insinuated that I put the hair in my sandwich. They remade it but not even an apology from him. Terrible management and customer service skills. Will think twice about returning here.

On February 14, 2024, at 9:01 pm, I visited the drive-through to pick up some food to go. However, when I sat down at home to enjoy my meal, I discovered that there was hair stuck to the fries. Concerned about the hygiene of the food, I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to Manager Armando.He apologized sincerely and assured me that on my next visit, they would replace the entire meal.Today, on March 3, 2024, I returned to place an order, and a helpful cashier assisted me. I kindly asked her to get the manager's assistance. The manager retrieved a book from the back, where they keep records of customer complaints. She explained that my name was not mentioned in the book, which I understood as a part of their company policy. However, the manner in which she conveyed this information was rather unpleasant. She proceeded to embarrass me by loudly stating that they have a policy of not providing” free food”,as if I were begging for it. My intention was simply to rectify the mistake that had occurred. I understand that mistakes happen, and I did not make a big fuss about the hair in the food. I only requested a replacement for the meal that had to be discarded.Unfortunately, the manager, Kayla, was extremely rude in her response.

Chorizo con Papas burrito ? my receipt says Taqueria el Habanero Inc, looked it up and Google doesn't find it in this address?
Went through the drive thru foe some chicken fingers. The food was great. However the drive thru was slow, there was a lot of people ahead of us and the wait was long. Also their drive through line was confusing to get into. There was signs pointing the way however there was a turn sign missing which left you driving away from the restaurant and not in line for the drive thru. Once I finally found the end of the line we were behind the rear building to the shopping complex. I think there was about 10 cars ahead of us in line.Parking: There was plenty of parking, just the end of the drive-thru was confusing and hard to find. Being my first time at this Caines made it frustrating, next time I'll know, unless they change their way to the drive-thru.

I love canes they have great food. The menu is kind of basic but overall grat taste great service. I wish they had more locations because the line is always super long during the day. I try yo go after midnight because that's when the line gets really short lol but I love that they close late like 3 am.
