I love Starbucks at any location, this one was more of a walk in and I didn't feel like stopping for that. My sister nor myself wanted to get out, so we went to another location a couple of miles away. Nothing negative to say it's just we didn't stop because

I usually don't rate chains because everyone has expectations for them and when they don't get the same service they expect they get mad and often rant on Yelp about it. It's usually people complaining about things. To be honest, I don't expect much. The reason why I am writing this exception is because of the deals that vons has that coordinate well with Starbucks. Vons has $2 grande drinks. Plus they ran out of grande cups and so they are using larger cups. But I don't mind....read full review

Customer service / friendliness at this starbucks is sorely lacking. Everytime I end up getting some starbucks from this Starbucks located inside of Vons, the people here aren't exactly friendly. I genuinely feel like they are bothered or annoyed that we are purchasing something from them. Convenience is the only reason I ever end up purchasing anything from them.
