I just want to put up an appreciation post for this store and staff. I was ready to start my class and I absentmindedly knocked over the drink I just picked up. The staff jumped in to clean and whip up anover hot beverage. As a custodian and teacher I hate making messes for others. I so appreciate staff going above and beyond in theri customer service. Very happy this is my local store. Cheers
⚠️UPDATE⚠️ 12/27/23 I wanted to come on here and say I went back tonight and ordered at the drive-through and will admit things have changed the same guy I spoke about was super enthusiasticly nice and caring this time. He helped me make changes to what I ordered for my satisfaction and I am happy to say I will be a regular here again.
