Last time I stood there waiting for service and was the only one in there. This time I received almost rotten tomatoes and was treated rudely. I asked for one soup, was given 2. I paid for 2 because I love their soup. I asked for a spoon and they were out... This place in the past gave great service, but something has changed.

The old latina/ Indian lady could be nicer. She must hate her job. She gives off bad vibes while making the sandwich. I asked her to put light ranch & sriracha on my sandwich which she completely ignored. Look at how much ranch and Sriracha she put on the sandwich disgusting. The girl at the register was really nice. I won’t be coming back to this place.

Great experience! Always come here for a normal turkey sandwich and they never disappoint. The turkey sandwich is always good, the meat is fresh, cheese is good and way more. The Lady making my sandwich was very polite and always ask if I want my sandwich toasted and ask if I need anything else. I ask for specifics with my sandwich and they always follow directions correctly. The area was clean and they always clean off their sandwich, station and the tables, and they always clean the soda machine. Thank you to all the staff and thank you for the food! Went a couple of days ago. I've recently been on a subway kick and visiting different locations. Have yet to find one that I want to regular eat from.I ordered a simple sandwich. There was someone behind me, who was patient and okay with waiting. We were both rushed. The workers don't clean their knifes, they just wipe it off on whatever sandwich paper is in front of them. They cut the bread jagged and twice I've seen them slicing into the edge of their gloves.I'm not sure if they're instructed to move at lightning speed or not. I think for the safety of them and the health of the customer, they should pay closer attention to what they're doing.

Come almost every work day, they only have two kinds of bread but always ask what kind of bread would you like. Sandwich gets prepared very poorly, the skinny blonde girl looks like she hares working there. And the wrapping paper gets ripped with the mustard everytime like the started using bad quality paper.

We use this place for online pick up. They follow the online instructions and give good portions of requested items. There is a closet subway where we live but this on for pick up is way better.
