Horrible Horrible Horrible Service! I placed the order prior to my lunch time. I request car pick up. I answered all the questions, paid acct in full and when I drove up o clicked I was there! They didn't come out for about 10 min then when they did they were going to give me wrong order. It was a complete fail. They did not have my order right. They absorbed all my lunch hour and the food was made poorly! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

I went to go and get a quick lunch last week and I saw an employee berate another employee regarding him being at lunch. I saw his name tag and Bryan decided to show he has no respect for anyone. I wanted to share how this bully brings his store down.

Either Management or Corporate needs to get involve with this location. They need to see how customer service here is. Many people experience bad customer service at this location.

On 4/20/21 an elderly (63 year old mother), who is diabetic and a cancer survivor, calls me in tears and informs me that an male employee from a local Subway (16184 Foothill Blvd) mocked her for her accent as well as not wanting a patty in her veggie sandwich. Not only did he mock her, but he did it in-front of another customer, who decided it would be fun to join in. The horror of it is, when my mom was about to pay, the employee grabbed the sandwich and threw it in the trash. The lady is a U.S Citizen.. Mother to a US Navy veteran (My Brother, who served 16 years), had to endure all this because she was too hungry to even think of the proper words and walked out.

Omg, I read the news all the way from Santa Monica City, and as a fan of subway's sandwiches , I do not support this store just because this bad , heartless, disrespectful employee, he is not in his own there, he is representing a brand... I don't think the CEO will be happy to know that one of its employees is not representing the brand in a positive way!... we need names please! Shake on the owner, Shane on the manager that cover this up!! #firedtgatbademployee or remove him from franchise chain!!

My friend's mother came into today, This afternoon 4/20/2021, to order a veggie patty sandwich. The male staff was so disrespectful and rude, make fun of her accent and threw her sandwich away! Definitely not worth coming here! Disrespectful and service is far worst! Shame on you, Subway!!

I was in line today when a subway associate verbally harassed and demeaned an elderly Hispanic woman that was in front of me. He was so unprofessionally that he ended up throwing her sandwich in the trash and mocked her accent. In today's age I never would've thought that subway allowed such disgusting people in their work force.

READING previous reviews of THIS Subway branch, this EMPLOYEE is an issue and will be costing the owner money. Again, I will be contacting the Attorney General regarding this establishment and contacting our family lawyer to see if there is something that can be done.

I would like to start by saying that as a Military Veteran I didn't go out and fought for people to experience any type of discrimination!! Today as I was getting off work I found out that in this location my elderly mother experiences the worst customer service she has ever received. Not only she experience mocking from the staff member making her the sub, but she also got racially discriminated against! Today 20 April 2021 at around 12p.m being diabetic she went to get a vegetarian sub. While she was there the staff member started making fun of her for not eating meat and just getting vegetables. Furthermore, started mocking her for the accent she had while she was talking to him and telling her "that America is the best not like her country." When it was time to pay the staff member ask "are you paying for this sub?" my mother replied "yes" that's when this guy threw the vegetarian sub into the trash!!! The male staff member refuses to give her his name and the manager's information to report the incident. This incident will be reported to the local DA's office.

To the women who were working at 9 pm on the 30th of March 2021. They gave terrible customer service & were so rude. Closing time was at 10pm but got there at 9 and they didn’t want to take my order. How lazy & unprofessional they were.

This Subway is by far the worst! The African American Individual who wears HEADPHONES clearly is not competent for this job. Twice he has messed up on my Online Orders and without an Apology or anything. I come from RETAIL MANAGEMENT and this is beyond UNACCEPTABLE. This Subway Store need training in CUSTOMER SERVICE and that's sad.

This store close @ 10 pm but they don't serve anymore @ 9:30. Wtf is that? Huh get your store straight up or your employees because this Shxt is not good for costumer service.
