I ordered food and realized that I had the wrong address I tried to call the store and was not able to ANYONE!!! Why provide a phone number if I am not going to be able to speak to anybody.
Terrible service, they are afraid of receiving a 100 USD bill, without even checking it, even if the bill is 50 USD, they need training to detect counterfeit bills, I waited 40 minutes for my order and the fries were black, cold and old, completely burnt, not I would go back and I don't recommend it either.

I order online. Giving tips before receiving your order is complicated because you think by doing that you’ll get a good order . I ordered an 8 piece meal bone in. Out of the 8 they only gave me 2 drumette and 6 wingette. Why??? Isn’t supposed to be even. Or they should have let me know. I could have waited. I bet there’s more people that prefer drumette. Please check your order even they read it to you look inside please

I would never never never never come back to this Wingstop I only deal with the one in highland and del Rosa they are the only wingstop that gives you fresh food not hard wings that been sitting and they said a large carrot they gave me a small carrot definitely played me and I’m not happy at all this place

Some of the dumbest people alive work here. They have the music blasting and they just mumble your name, right after you checked in and they know who you are and if you don't hear them mumble your name your food sits there and gets cold. They are always 20 min behind schedule and couldn't care less to get you your food as soon as they can. I'd be embarrassed to work here or be in management here. I'd rather drive further to wings and rings in Rancho Cucamonga where people with more than half a brain work.
