Dirty, disgusting food. The drive through is hazardous for cars. I found hair in their food. Just deplorable. I felt very sick after eating their combo. I still feel very nauseated and I have a headache.

I just had the feeling this girl at the drive through just didn't feel like working today!!! i came here all the way from Hesperia today and drove 30 plus miles because i had the craving only to be disappointed. January 7th to be exact at the drive through around 4:35pm. I was giving this girl the benifit of the doubt at first but she was so rude and slammed the drive through window in my face a couple of times, she forgot to put my side of veggies in with my ex lg beef bowl and she could of announced over the speaker that they had new fried chicken to add for $3 for customers that haven't been there in a while , then when i went back in with my receipt and asked for it, the manager got mad at her! Told her to handle small things like that on her own... It's common sense HELLO!!!! I have never worked in fast good because i joined the military right out of high school and made that my career for over 20 years but lady please have some respect and at least double check the order. We are spending our hard earned money on this food and in my case a lot of gas. You never know who you're disrespecting.

Has to be some of the worst food I've ever had. I like the yoshinoya in the Ontario Mills mall and when I found out there was one in Fontana which is half the distance from me, I really wanted to try it. Big mistake.I got a beef and steak bowl with white rice and udon noodles and some chicken on the side. DO NOT BUY THE CHICKEN. The chicken was completely unedible. The texture was like rubbery fat and the outside would make you think it would be crispy which it wasnt at all. I couldnt even swallow it.The beef was fine but there was almost no sauce which made it taste very bland. The steak was OK nothing special. The rice tasted like water, I understand white rice is supposed to not have a taste but it's supposed to at least have a nice texture which this rice did not it wasn't even sticky. And the noodles were cold and way bigger than the ones they give in the mall which I didn't like either.Overall I do not recommend coming here, the one in the mall is decent but this place is not the same at all. I rarely write reviews but I had to for this place.
