They take cash and credit cards. You order like in a Panda Express but the food is better. Portion and service is exceptional. It’s weirdly difficult to find a descent and reasonably priced old school American Chinese food place in Foster city but this is a great one. The two item combo fed three of us easily. We feel grateful to have a hidden gem like this in the neighborhood.
Food was so good! Was in town for a work trip and got this for dinner - there was a line but it didn’t take long to order or get my food!! Highly recommended! This was also my first time trying (or even hearing about) Dia Chin Chicken and I also highly recommend getting it!

Visit time stamp: Monday, 032524 at approximately 1230. As we rolled up there was a small line just out the door. This establishment offers take-out only. It's tiny; don't expect a red carpet. Everyone is standing. You order from right to left (you'll see). The base platter starts with either chowmein or fried rice or half & half. From there you can order 1, 2, or three add-ons.
