Ate there 10/16/2023.Recommend door alarm.Was the place busy? No. There was 1 already seated table and 1 table that came in after us. It took us walking up to counter to get noticed vs just walking in the door. We were seated and handed menus and plates. We had to ask for water. Food came out quick and fast and hot!!! WARNING: SPICY WINGS ARE REALLY SPICY.We love Bonchon! We usually get their tofu salad, delicious season fries, and half soy garlic and half spicy wings- Absolutely delicious! HOWEVER-- we ordered the spicy wings today and they were unbearably hot. Like ghost pepper hot. So I took my son here a couple of days ago, and I was super disappointed. The restaurant was clean. And the service excellent. The food on the other hand was overrated. The Korean wings were a 7/10. They were crispy, but they were overcooked. The meat was dry. I can't stand it when my wings are overcooked. Then then my entree was full of noodles and had very minimum amount of meat. Then my son's entree had so much onions in it . It was ridiculous. Very dissatisfied!!
