The food was decent tasting but with a big downfall. It was all only lukewarm. I was craving a nice hot cup of soup, and I got soup that was slightly warmer than room temperature. The panini was cooked just enough to melt the cheese but not enough to make anything hot. The temperature of the food is a big reason for us not to return. Salads here are terrific! Unfortunately there isn't much service. You order, wait, get your own table and the buzzer let's you know to get your own food. When finished you bus your own tray to the garbage.
My wife and I really like Corner Bakery. We were going to eat at the CB in the South Coast Plaza, but when we arrived at the mall, we found out that they went out of business We decided to visit the CB in Fountain Valley. We were not disappointed. The cashier was very nice to us. We also had a very nice lady bring our food to us. That doesn't happen at most CBs'.
