I have been going to Union Jack Fish and Chips for about 20 or 25 years now. The fish and chips are very good, even compared to some higher end places that make fish and chips. Now the cod filets are sort of long triangular shaped, which might make you think, 'processed filets'. Definitely will be my go to fish and chips spot! The food at this place was amazing and the manager was really nice.I ordered the fish and shrimp combo with fries/chips on the side and it was among the best ive ever had.The food was crispy and cooked to perfection. Nice traditional fish and chipsPros: pretty as authentic as it gets. This place has been here for quite some time and for good reason. Note! Must be eaten fresh and right away! The food is always fresh with the fish nice crispy and flaky. The price is good for what you get and the serving sizes are good as well. The ambiance is this old timey feel.
