So let me start out by saying I really loved the food from an aesthetic view. The food came out and was displayed beautifully, but the taste just wasn't great. Let's start with the rice for the chicken katsu. The rice was undercooked, which is crazy for a sushi restaurant. Super crazy. It was actually a little bit crunchy. Yikes!
