We got our sandwiches through drive through.Got 4 Jacks Spicy chicken sandwiches - 2 with cheese and 2 without.We were really disappointed with the chicken in the sandwiches. It was over fried which made it taste a little burnt and turned out hard to bite into. It was very dry and absolutely no juiciness in it.
They were understaffed. There was a football game that day and hungry fans started flock to the restaurant. Some 49er fan got a bit impatient and got rude with the late night staff. Props to the cashier dealing with the rowdy.

So what's up with the outrageous prices!?! Almost $8.00 for a milkshake for reals?!? $30 doesn't even feed 2 people! The quality of food is NOT worth the money at all!!!Also, not to mention getting our drink and fry order wrong two times in a row... I'm sorry Jack in the box but you need to step up your game and NOT your prices!!!
