It's in a bad area but the owner was very pleasant and got us taken care of. The food was good but when you pay the kind of money we did, you expect great and a good amount. The portions are smaller than I hoped.
First of all, let me say Richard's is a Fresno staple. I first started going here over 35 years ago when Richard was making his customers feel very welcomed, and he was pleased to see you every time with a big smile on his face. It has not changed. The third generation is now running Richard's steakhouse and seafood. The setting is very intimate.The service is great. The food is delicious and plenty of it. Took my Wife for Birthday Dinner. Haven’t been there for years. Didn’t disappoint.Our Waitress was great! Great service , busboys were on it.Food was cooked perfect! I had Ribeye my wife had Lamb Chops. Only thing I could say was could have used more salt and pepper before they cooked.They gave my wife a birthday Sundae with candle. And a Happy Birthday wine glass.Nice touch Richard’s! We will be back soon.Tracy our Waitress was above and beyond!
