Something to keep in mind when you come and eat at Rosy's, don't overdo it with the chips and salsa you will be full by the time you have your food. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous. As you can see from the video and pictures, the ribs chilaquiles are as good as it looks and the breakfast ribs are just the same.
