Well everybody already knows about this place. A really authentic deli. Came on a spring Saturday and everyone was out and it was crowded. But they moved through the people and made the sandwiches pretty quickly must have been 10 people working. The sandwich was excellent

I love Lori the manager she’s amazing greets everyone so amazingly I just wanna give her so many hugs haha. And the food is so good I feel like Fresno has a part of Italy here. And they have cooking classes on how to make some Italian dishes. Anyways came by here to give Lori a hug and took some pizza’s home to bake and they are delicious!!!! And I love the wine selection. This place deserves 1,0000000 stars. All I gotta say is thank you!

After more than 2,200 positive Google reviews, I doubt I have anything unique to add. In sum, Sam’s Italian Deli and Market is a wonderful food oasis in the heart of Central Fresno. Weekday lunchtime is busy with customers ordering deli sandwiches and pulling prepared salads from the refrigerated section. I ordered a pastrami with everything and a salami and provolone on a baguette with mayo and nothing else. Both sandwiches were delicious. I’ve shopped here previously...read full review
