The atmosphere felt chaotic during lunch hour, granted no one was crowding each other. The service wasn't anything to brag about. There was a young tall African American lady working, helping the front pass out food and her demeanor wasn't very professional. She tossed my back of food on the counter like it was an inconvenience. I tried to compliment her shirt and it didn't help cool her down.
Taco Bell is Taco Bell. No surprise there. But the service at the First and Nees location was really great - surprisingly so, given the lunch time crowd. I tried their using app for the first time and was surprised at that as well. The ease of ordering online, then using the drive through to pick up my lunch was great. Something great happened at the N. First Taco Bell. We had not been there for a over a year due to such poor service. Yesterday evening we returned and found the staff amazingly friendly, helpful and acted like they were glad we were there. Everyone working there acted like they enjoyed their job. Such a pleasant visit compared to the past. Great Improvement Taco Bell. Thank you.
