Very rude staff, I got a mobile order today and one of the employees who I think was the manager was on the phone while talking to me and asked me "are you here for a mobile order?" I said yes. They then said "you are?" I said yes. She asked AGAIN I said "yes mobile order" and then she yelled at me saying " YOU ARE?" I said "ohhh" because I realized she was asking for my name. college kids can be rude and judgmental as hell for your requested modifications. like yes i wanted granola in this smoothie to replace a sherbet, and i know what it tastes like so i know what's best for me. they ended up making me the wrong drink and wrong size. rough lol.

The cold brew açaí bowl is soupy so I guess their açaí bowls are not thick, it’s just a smoothie put in a bowl with toppings, like it makes a sound falling off the spoon lol.
