Ok this place is my top favorite for Korean food; I enjoyed their bussam (pork belly) roasted using sous vide and charred. The cabbage kimchi and their oyster kimchi is so delicious!! It is a third generation family business; owned by the Mother, cooked by her mother and social media ran by the youngest daughter. Aka the owner's daughter.Women owned and is very clean. I'd had this on my list of places to try forever and finally got around to stopping in. It was a Saturday evening around 6:30pm. Not another customer in the place. I looked at the front of the menu... did a at the prices and then flipped it over to see what else they had. It was blank. So, I went with the kimchi kalguksu. It was good. About six years ago, I often come here to eat, the original store has a Korean grandma and grandpa, my favorite food is spicy squid, often point, six years later back to the United States, the most want to eat is this store, but the menu has changed, squid is also the amount of two people, randomly ordered a soup, did not see the grandmother before, sad
