I have heard so many good things about this brand, so when I finally visited SoCal, I tried it out on first day of my trip. Had to say I was a bit disappointed and give it 3/5.Food - big portion. The pot is stuffed with a great varieties of ingredients and is very filling. We ordered beef hot soup, house special and for their BOGO 50 boba and appetizer, two each. The food was amazing, but the service at this location is so so. If the Boiling Point in Irvine is not closed for renovation, otherwise i wouldn't drive this far to this location. Plus, one of the male waiter almost spilled the entire soup all over me, and luckily he didn't, and he didn't even say sorry or apologize, and he set the food on the table, and then he walked away. I can't wait until the location in Irvine reopens back for business.

I eat here for years. Some week I eat here 4 times a week. But lately I had bad experience i had diarrhea after eating their foods like minutes after leaving the restaurant. Overall 4/5 stars ? will eat again
