This is the best dry noodle I’ve had in OC. I had the Grandpa’s dry noodle. The sauce under the noodle is very yummy. They gave a separate soup bowl and the server told me to not pour it over the noodle but just use some to sprinkle over. It’s really good. The first two special menu was very delicious. The filet mignon is very tender. The sauce is very unique. The last one on the special was not my favorite. I haven’t had pennyworts for a long time but they sell it here....read full review
I love that Grandpa's Kitchen revamped their menu and now has specialities like Banh Mi Chao and Bo Ne - Sizzling Filet Mignon Steak. Super friendly staff. The food also comes out super fast and is really tasty! This place is my current go to for dry noodles and Bo Ne!
The inside looks super nice with lots of lighting. The service was attentive and on time. We got a Grandma's dry egg noodles and a Waterfall Crispy Chicken Rice. I like the noodles' sauce and texture a lot. The noodles were super good but I didn't like the meat that comes with the meal. The meat was quite salty for my liking.
