Was really craving bossam and came across Yuk Dae Jang which had great reviews for it! We came around 6pm on a Friday night and was seated right away. The location is pretty small so I can imagine it getting pretty busy with a wait on the weekend. Yuk Dae Jang specializes in Yukgaejang (Spicy Beef Soup with Vegetables) and Bossam (Premium Pork Belly). The yukgaejang is a delicious comfort food that just nourishes the soul and warms you right up. Yuk Dae Jang offers the delightful option to add either glass noodles or ramyun noodles to the mix.
