So they finally updated their app so you can earn points. Every time I order I put in request for extra sweet and sour sauce. Sometimes I get maybe 2 and other times i get NONE! I don't want soy sauce and chili sauce. My receipt clearly says the sauce I'd like. I know I'll be returning there, just recommend they actually look at order on receipt for mobile/app orders. Female employee asked questions and do not listen the answer. Another female employee continuously asked for my order as well. Repeated order five times and still had issues. Food is okay awful
