The worst service and food. They didn't serve me among 20 minutes, then gave me already cold food. I'll never go there and I don't reccomend!

Watched the UFC fight, there was a $15 cover charge at the door! Lots of TV's, great customer service. Their strawberry Margarita was really good.

Kaleeb was my server today when I visited, he was such a awesome person, he took our order quickly and helped me with my food decisions :D It was such a pleasant time to have my mid day meal. Thank you Kaleeb! Please give him a raise! We need more hospitality like his!????? 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have no host waiting for guests. I waited five minutes before someone helped me. One employee walked up and did not acknowledge me. I will never come back to this location again

The wings are okay . The fries are pretty good and so are the drinks. Do not get the chips and salsa !! The salsa tastes like ketchup it's disgusting

Had a horrible experience from the minute we entered this place. We called and made reservations as we were in the area. 9 of us total with 4 kids. As we entered the restaurant the hostess with a bad attitude didn't even greet and seemed her day just got worse as she saw kids. Our table was ready but they had us wait a good 10min before seating us. The tables weren't wiped down, all sticky and nasty. Took forever to bring out drinks we ordered and another century for 2nds. Here's the worst part of all... As the waiter brings our food after a long wait, he stands right above my 4 year old with a heavy tray in his hands holding couple of plates of food. As he's reaching to place to plate of food over my daughter I reached to help since something didn't seem right and sure enough he drops over the whole tray over my daughter's neck. Thank God she seemed OK but wing sauce all over her. Yes he apologized and they took forever again going back and forth with food, drink,etc. The least management could have done was taken stuff off the bill that spilled but he offered a scoop of ice cream for the little oneI had to ask for at least 4 since there were a total of 4 kids. Worst experience at a restaurant. Very dirty, slow workers that definitely had to be on something. Avoid this place!!!!

Went in on a Wednesday , not so many people and service was horrible . Had to get up and ask for individual plates and remind the waiter of f my order of fries .

I ordered from Uber eats... When the order arrived I was two pretzel bites, short and the beer cheese, and the honey mustard we're without lids on it, so got all over the place... It's not acceptable and I've refrained from posting a negative review about them before but now this is just out of hand.who's managing these people you guys suck

This is a sports bar! The whole reason we came here was to watch the NFL Dolphins/Chiefs playoff game on Peacock. Instead, the management chose to put NBC and other various NEWS channels on. No NFL game on, in fact ! How ridiculous ! 90% of the sports fans / customers in the restaurant were livid . We experienced absolute horrible service and will NEVER return. The manager mentioned for more than 45-50 minutes "technical difficulties" yet all other restaurants (and in my own home) in the local area had this specific game on just fine. One would think the management or better yet, someone smart enough would have figured out the proper sports channel mechanisms PRIOR to game time in order to keep their paying customer satisfied. We left and went across the street to BJ's restaurant/sports bar where we received outstanding service. Not only did buffalo wild wings lose us as customers this evening , Buffalo Wild Wings on Brand in Glendale lost my family (and tons of others I'd imagine) as customers forever. STAY AWAY from this place who clearly do NOT put any value on their customers. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !

Horrible horrible place!!! I live 1 minute away but I am never never coming back here!!! My wife ordered some boneless with sauce on the side, and they put it on. I asked the cashier to change it, which he was kind but than the manager Crystal came stating she couldn't do anything because it was my error, even though I had screen shots where it said sauce on the side!! She just offered me a refund and ended up giving the food to someone for free. Thumbs down?
Came with my daughter for the advertised veteran meal, they ended up charging us both for the fight when we only came to eat….
