Can’t believe I never tried this place before. Amazing quality, portions and menu variety. The staff were super friendly, fast and helpful despite it being a weekend and the place was packed! Loveeee this new favorite spot!

Went here for dinner with a buddy tonight. I totally forgot to get our servers’ name, but he was amazing. Very chill and knowledgeable of the menu. We sat down I’d say around 8PM, and because we were in a hurry we ordered right away. I got the pepperoni pizza and my buddy got the alfredo pasta with shrimp. We sat in the booth, very close to the host desk/table. I’m sure you might be able to find out servers’ name, but he was great! He made us feel welcome and honestly very caring for how late we showed up. We were at first hesitant of coming here because we were in a rush, but it was worth it. Food came out tasting delicious and it was pretty quick. I’m sure we walked out of there a little bit past 8:30. Would recommend! There is a parking structure and CPK does validate!!! They are located on the 3rd floor if i’m not mistaken, but great view of Glendale! Thanks for making our experience great!

I ordered the chicken tequila lime through doordash and they gave me this dry ass shit pasta with mostly oil and barely any sauce. I am so angry because I have been so nauseous from morning sickness, and now that I finally got the appetite to eat, this is what I get from CPK. Extremely horrible. Do not ever order from this CPK unless you're inside the restaurant and you can ask them to fix it, otherwise you'll be stuck with some dry ass $35 pasta.

The review is largely for their delivery order execution. When I saw the website say they were now offering delivery I was very happy as I always prefer to order directly from the restaurant than through a third party service. Unfortunately, all they do is take your order and pass it along to a third party order service. Quality of the food was good however some items were missing. It arrived quickly enough, so I will likely try once more before completely writing them off.

Not sure if this is a location issue or just how CPK is now. Ordered the chicken pizza with cauliflower crust and there was 0 sauce and it was cooked until it was like a brick. I've had this exact thing at other locations and I've never had the cauliflower dough be this hard. It was almost inedible.

I went to this restaurant last night with my friend. When we were seated at our table, the host placed us all the way to the back where the restroom was. My friend and I were confused because majority of the people were seated in the front or in the middle. One of the waiters noticed the look on our faces. The waiter asked us what was wrong. We told the waiter that it looks very weird and suspicious that we are sitting all the way in the back since we saw some empty tables towards the middle of the restaurant. He and another waitress informed us politely that this was his section and that they will be bringing more people to his section since his section was kind of empty. They offered us if we wanted to sit in the front. I told him that it was okay since they were going to bring more people to his section. The waiter took our order. A few times the same female waitress asked if we were okay. We told her that we were fine and appreciated her checking on us. That same female waitress who is not our waitress checked on us more than our actual waiter did, which was also weird. We noticed that no one sat across from us, or behind me. There was a party that was sitting diagonally from us and ordered after us. However, they received their meal before us. My friend and I were confused again, how could a party of 5 or 6 people get their food before us and it is only the two of us? A few minutes after they received their meals we received our meal. I had no problem with the food it was fine. I just thought that it was very weird since my friend and I were seated in the back. Because of my experience at this restaurant, I will not be coming back to the one in Glendale. I have been to other California Pizza Kitchen and I have never had this experience before. We felt like we were discriminated against because we were black. I really do not want to think that way, but it's hard not to think that way when you and your friend were the only black customers in the restaurant at that time and was seated in the back of the restaurant. No one sits across or behind us, but in other sections in the restaurant people were sitting across or behind each other.

Of all the Faustian nightmares that is the Glendale Galleria and the surrounding areas, there lies the ultimate mockery of modern urbane dining, the mysterious and elusive place known as the California Pizza Kitchen of Glendale. How do you get inside? Who knows? No one at the mall, that's for sure. You'd think there's be an exit from Bloomingdale's that leads to it. Maybe a hallway at the Galleria, no such luck. The ultimate tribute to Dante's Inferno lies in the fact it's inaccessible from the street. GPS will get you there to the see the sign from the street... but no way in. Sure there's a few businesses in front with elevators that look like they'll take you up.. but they are private and require a key card. There's legends of those who have found this hidden parking lot, probably located in a sinister pocket dimension, where there might be a way in.... But after lugging a hungry 9 year old around Glendale and settling for the gross alternatives (a reheating pizza vendor at the food court and Olive Garden) this place will not gain my money, simply due to the fact, for all intents and purposes, only exists for a handful of business executives with key cards and a few locals in the know. I am neither.

I dont usually complaint on food nor service. But today its ridiculous. I asked for extra sauce on my pasta but they didn't put extra sauce. I asked the server for extra sauce on the side. She said okay its cooking. 15 minutes after still no extra sauce. My team already finished eating., and i still dont eat my pasta cos its dry and taste bland. We should waited to olive garden instead wasted our time and money on this redonkuloius restaurant.. so if you're looking for a good place to eat just go to olive garden or la bella. Highly recommend

Like some other reviewers have said, there is something nostalgic about CPK, it's where my teammates and I had pre-race meals, and I want to keep eating it, but time after time after time, this location has ruined my order. I'm ok with minor mistakes, but today I ordered an extra pepperoni pizza, and received a BBQ chicken pizza with pepperoni on it. This will be the last time I order from this location, never have issues at the Pasadena one.
