This particular location is closed. They have an online/ website where you can order. I did use Uber Eats, it said I buy one philly cheesesteaks sandwich and I will get one free. The food was delivered without the free sandwich. So this is a scam, be careful.

I loved Charle's cheesesteaks and there fries but this place was just disappointing. The reviews don't lie. Expensive as well. $17 for a regular sub, drink and for the amount of fries they gave you is laughable. The sub I got was upside down, hard to eat properly. Portions were meh. Look else where.

Decided to give this place a try and customer service was so rude I didn’t even bother to order food from this place. The skinny guy with glasses needs to learn how to handle customer properly and not to give them attitude for simple question.

I ordered philly cheese steak and take 30 minutes to make them. I understand its busy just for one sandwich takes 30 minutes to wait. I dont get it busy but only one who cooks the meat. The manager just stand there. If it is one of the customer who complained he wont help.

1. The posted prices on the signs arent what they charge. When i inquired I was told they havent changed sign but. I got the same answer 3 weeks ago. This is illegal in CA. 2. Extremely slow registry cashiers. I observed a seven minute period for someone to order a small philly

Food is good but the pricing is what gets to me and my business partners. We hesitated multiple times on making mass orders simply because of the price. 12 bucks for a sandwich is waayyy to over priced when compared to the other options right next door. Had the sandwich been 10 bucks it would be a different story.

This was my 1st time coming here. It was great! I got the steak, bacon, and cheese sandwich. The steak is so good. Juicy, tender and melts in your mouth. The cheese and bacon. Make this sandwich perfect. The bread is also very fresh. I will definitely be back here.

This was my 1st time coming here. It was great! I got the steak, bacon, and cheese sandwich. The steak is so good. Juicy, tender and melts in your mouth. The cheese and bacon. Make this sandwich perfect. The bread is also very fresh. I will definitely be back here.
