This was my first visit here today after seeing the restaurant for some time. Here are my reviews: 1.) The lady during this time of the epidemic wasn't wearing gloves until I had to ask her. She was grabbing fries by the hand then handling items for food to go in. NOT GOOD! 2.) She had our rice out in the open COLD at least 15 minutes before the food was even ready. Again I had to ask her not to give me that rice, I'd like it HOT. 3.) She was not very friendly and had to ask her how much the items cost because there were no prices listed for the menu items and they are overpriced. If I were wanting a great EXPERIENCE, don't come here, try another Armenian restaurant, there are me at great ones in Glendale.

i live next door! Always great food. Meat is always juicy. Staff is always friendly. Thank you! I can't think of one thing to complain about, even the prices are pretty cheap, which being so close to the Americana is hard to come by.

the ambiance of the spot was the first thing i noticed. I got an ajarakan khachapuri, which is basically a dough boat filled with cheese and a couple sunny side up eggs. My dad had their beef kabobs and was a big fan, he said its one of the good ones he's had. Their hummus was really good too in comparison to other Lebanese/Armenian spots. As for the khachapuri, I've had better. I already had a high standard for it before going because it's apparently their top seller and really popular but it was pretty underwhelming. Not to say it was bad, I mean you got a really big portion and it tasted pretty good so I have no complaints on that. I would've preferred less cheese and a more doughy crust (but that's just me). This place really is a hidden gem in glendale and is located in a good central area, accessible to people whether they're on lunch break from the mall or the dealerships. Long story short, this place is worth visiting.

Fantastic place for a quick delicious bite. Best grilled chicken I've had in a long - really kind couple working the spot. Might not look like much- but this is absolutely a hidden gem in our neighborhood. Best hummus I've had, ever.

Delicious and filling quaint spot with wonderful owners. We came in with low expectations and were so blown away we had to review. The meditarian salad was just the right balance of veggies, stuffed grape leaves and really tasty hummus. Then the BBQ chicken kabob had buttery rice, mouth-melting veggies and perfectly cooked chicken.
