These rice balls are absolutely delicious. I usually buy 3 then walk over to Americana and enjoy them while I people watch. You can’t beat the price. A delicious meal at a great price. Try them, your mouth will thank you.

The sushi rolls are getting smaller every day. There is no longer any value in ordering sushi here. It went from being the cheapest rolls in town, to the most expensive, because the rolls are pencil thin now.

Quick, very cheap, friendly staff, and most importantly tasty food!

I’ve had my share of rice balls. And, this place makes them strangely! They give you a separate sheet of roasted seaweed, which is normally wrapped around the rice ball at other places. Here, you have to wrap it yourself. I didn’t like the fact that it was “fussy” to eat it, and I found the beef to be too salty! They really should improve their packaging, too, as the plastic wrap didn’t seem appropriate for hot food.

The food is good but the entire establishment seems like it wants me out of their store as soon as possible. I'm not sure how this business makes money primarily by saving pennies. They don't allow for dine-in (even though tables are built into their walls), their restrooms aren't open, and they won't even give utensils or condiments unless you ask for them. Not sure where the stringent rules are coming from- if it's Covid related- their workers weren't masked (and there were three of them at the tiny counter so I'm not sure why the tables needed to be closed off) Had a bizarre and lukewarm experience here. Great for a quick bite- I got the bulgogi rice ball, spam Musubi, and seaweed salad (which came in a tiny ramekin) but they definitely made me feel unwelcome.

Love the food here, especially the bulgogi ! The cashier not so much, ordered well over $75 worth of food and asked for some spicy mayo. She gave me 1. Now we all know the ratio of dip to bite has to be right, so I asked if I can get another since it’s a large family sized meal. She looked at me and angrily said “I’m not just going to give it to you I have to charge you ” lady, that’s fine, but now people are staring at me like I can’t pay for a 45 cent spicy mayo. I said no problem and purchased 1 and gave her 10$ bill to and said keep the rest. Food is great though!

This place is good and very consistent. My usual order would be beef rice ball and/or spicy tuna roll. The other day I decided to try something new so I added seaweed salad. To my surprise, the salad was the same size as my spicy mayo. It was the saddest and smallest salad order ever. The salad was salty too. I was very disappointed. I'd recommend the rice ball and rice roll but def not the salad.

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel I had to for this. I'm gonna sound like a Karen for doing this but I feel it has to be said.I wanted to get a quick bite on Thursday at around 4:00PM. I walk in and the first thing I see is an employee reprimanding another employee.I wait around for about 3 minutes before I had to leave because my shift was starting soon and it was incredibly awkward to be around. From what I heard, he was being reprimanded for the portion size of what looked like a soup. I didn't catch too many specific details about it, but I don't think it's important enough to mention. The person reprimanding didn't acknowledge me walking in, he kept doing it right in front of me, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable for me.Now, I don't know if he's a manager or just another cashier, but regardless, it is extremely unprofessional to be reprimanding an employee right in front of a customer. If the matter is that serious, it must be done in private.Sure, it's just a rice ball place, I'm not expecting Michelin star service, but there's a certain level of basic courtesy that's to be expected, and unfortunately it didn't happen this time around. The person who was reprimanding was wearing a bucket hat and a white t-shirt I believe.I've been going to this place for a while, so it's disappointing to see an employee there be treated like this.
