I had no idea this place even existed until a friend told me that there was a good Shawarma place nearby. The lady who helped us at the counter was extremely friendly, and the chicken thigh rice plate was awesome. The price was very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food. Definitely going back to try it again!

I take my Oma here on the weekends. We place our order and then we shop at the Big Square. By the time we finish shopping, our food is ready and we eat! I ordered the beef plate and my Oma ordered the chicken plate. The food is fresh and the portions are HUGE!!! They provided us with lavash bread which was great to make little wraps. The Hot Pan makes delicious food and gives you a lot of it with your order. We will definitely return to try some of the Shawarma!

Noticed this spot while shopping and thought I’d give it a try. Food is ok, but the wait and service is just unbearable. One hour to get your food dining in. I generally don’t weight service when giving stars, but this has to be the worst service I’ve had in the over 250 restaurants I have been actively reviewing. Don't go. Worse service ever. Waited for over 50 minutes for three shawarmas. I also asked specifically what goes in there and she failed to mention it has garlic sauce. After I tell her, she goes but we already made it. No apologies or didn't even offer to make another one or refund it. As for the shawarmas, they simply burnt it. In short, waited for over 50 minutes with two small kids for rude service and no food.

Their store is located inside of a market, first time it took me a while to find this place. But their food is awesome, I've tried their shawarma beef and Luleh plate. It comes with rice, roasted tomatoes and pepper, hummus and bread. Their portion is huge too! Price is reasonable for their menu. My go to place when I crave for kabob.
