Uncle Eddies are the best cookies that I have ever had in my 74 years of cookie eating. Ignore the fact that they are vegan if you’re not a vegan person. I’d like to start by saying that I’m not vegan. However, these cookies are fantastic! They are so good it’s like cookie crack! I just can’t get enough! I went to my mechanic for an oil change. Best vegan cookies ever made!!Peanut butter chocolate chip, Walnut chocolate chip and Oatmeal chocolate chip. I highly recommend you treat yourself to some. ??A little less sugar would be good.
