What a disappointment and frustration. Waitted almost 15min for my drink only to learn they don't offered anymore, and to add to it all, my to go order was incomplete.Update: After calling to share the order mistake, I was greeted and helped with the utmost respect, and empathy, getting a refund for my order. Very thankful for that.
I used to go to Pain all the time when I lived in NYC so I was glad to discover their presence here at the Americana, near where I live now. The viennoiserie would make Freud proud, especially the hazelnut flûte, which went down like a Mozart opera. Magic!
