This place is horrible. Soup is bland, noodles and meat are NOT fresh. Staff is miserable and seems like they don’t want to be there. Would not

I’m writing this review in behalf of my elderly uncle who is a single father of a young woman with Down syndrome. They were both disrespected and discriminated on Saturday 03/09. They were refused serviced and treated like criminals by a female African American who claimed to be the manager. My uncle took his daughter here to eat and sat her down at the handicapped table. She sat there quietly as her father got in line to order them food. The Manager confronted him and demanded he remove her from the table because she had reserved that table for someone else. My uncle kept reminding her she had the right to sit there and refused to move her. The manager escalated the interaction by raising her voice and mistreating an older man and a young women with a visible disability. I have no words for this woman other than she is heartless and I hope she never finds herself in a similar situation or have one of her family members treated as cruelly and disrespectfully as she did both my uncle and nice. She should not be working with the public or speaking to people this way. She refused them service, called the gallery security, and had them escorted out of the mall as if they were criminals. I write this review in hopes that the owners, upper management make this right, and so that you know exactly who you have entrusted your business to.

Broth is average, the meat (beef in my case) was fatty, The udon noodles were perfection, the tempura flakes were fatty.Overall filling but not that satisfying.

One of the best udon places I've been in a while. The portions are perfect and the prices are amazing for what you get. I got the tonkatsu udon and it was so flavorful. The tempura was just as good as the actual soup, everything tasted fresh. The staff are so sweet and I felt so welcomed and excited while ordering! Definitely would recommend this place!

The service and food is exceptional. I tried the “gravy” style broth. It was so delicious. They only have a few options for completely vegetarian as the broths contain beef or pork. The tempura was a winner and much better than most places that serve it. Nothing soggy about it.

I ordered a large kitsune udon and iced green tea matcha. The price for the quality and volume of food is pretty outstanding. They make their noodles from scratch in full view of the customers, and I would say they’re cooked perfectly. Green onions and flakes definitely enhance the meal. The fish cake was great. The line moves quickly and the employees will provide table service when you’re done. Just something to consider when deciding if you want to tip.The dining area inside is clean. There’s also dining space outside of the doors.

This is my first time to eat here, and my first time in this Mall. The fried snacks are pretty good, but the beef is a bit salty.

Had a solid experience at Marugame Udon. Easy access, affordable prices, and decent food quality. Service was okay, but the food was good enough to keep me coming back. Solid four stars!

Such a well-executed concept for Japanese-style udon done up on a semi-mass scale. This cafeteria-like atmosphere herds you towards the lunch lady for a piping hot bowl of noodles and other accoutrements. The menu isn't long, but the options are perfect for both soup and dry noodles. You find all the usual fixings and flavors.Folks behind the counter will help and guide you, but if you know what you want the lines move faster. Gander at the menu, grab a tray, and slide through with your order. Some items do take a little more time as orders may get backed up with Tempura requests and these are well worth the additional wait for they are done well here. Most everything is self-service including busting your own table, but there are staff that will assist. Like many other locations, the food court can become quite a popular place to be during the weekends.

This is my first visit and it's quite interesting. You basically order the udon, the pick additional sides. Sides are vegetable, shrimp, sweet potato, etc. are a la carte. The broth is tasty, thickness is just right, udon is perfect. I think the bread crumbs on top is something I've never seen added to Japanese noodles. It's not bad. You do have to bus your own dishes.
