i was looking forward to trying in glendale galleria- i ordered a ground chicken skewer- aka chicken koobideh skewer i never had such rubbery chicken in my life after i bite i threw it out. as a middle eastern person i’ve had many kabobs and nothing like this quality . i wont return.

Food was surprisingly good considering this was the Food Court for the mall. Service was slow and very disorganized. Staff appeared to be overwhelmed and untrained. To be fair Massis Kabob was busier than the other food options. Atmosphere? This is a Food Court, so we know what to expect: hope to find a clean table with enough chairs.

STAY AWAY FOOD GOT ME SICK AND THE BEEF WAS WHITE IN COLOR. I CALLED AND THE LADY MANAGER DID NOT EVEN CARE AND STARTED TO QUESTION ME. PEOPLE STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE HAS NO RESPECT AND TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY. THEY DID NOT WANT TO REFUND NOR REPLACE THE ORDER. I have yet to hear from them to make this right... Funny they respond to good reviews but not people who got sick from their food.

Great tasting Persian food! They make the meat fresh right in front of you, and it took only 10 minutes to get our food. It is well priced too -- 2 mains, 3 sides, and 2 drinks came out to $50. Service was friendly, and it was super busy on a Wednesday afternoon.
Your food is so good but now we moved to Ohio, it is better if you have a branch here.Parma Ohio to be exact lots of Ukrainian Greeks Lebanese Asian too they will love your food. Pls Come to Cleveland
Probably the worst kabob I ever had in my life. Meat was dry and small portions with just plenty of rice and cucumber salad that literally has no taste. Place is horrible.
